I've always been drawn to what lies beneath — the deeper patterns, protective strategies and longings that shape our lives.
My work begins with listening.
Together, we slow down, get curious, and uncover the roots of what has shaped you. From that place of understanding, meaningful change can naturally emerge.
I know this work from the inside, too.
I'm a sensitive person, and it took me 40 years to truly recognize it. So many parts of me had learned to mask or hide my sensitivity. I didn't trust my own experience. I overrode my feelings, battled the parts of myself that felt too sensitive, and became very good at performing who I thought I needed to be.
Learning to relate to myself differently has changed my life.
IFS has been a profound part of that journey. It has given me a compassionate, practical, and deeply insightful way of understanding myself—one that has deepened my self-awareness and, perhaps most importantly, my trust in who I am.
I'm passionate about this work because I've experienced the difference it can make—not only in my own life, but in the lives of the people I love and work with.
I know what it's like to lose trust in your own experience. Building genuine safety and trust is at the heart of how I work.
